Meet Anton & Hanlie
Anton Bosch
Anton Bosch is a South African ceramic artist whose work blends painting and clay into a unified, expressive practice. With a background in fine art and a lifelong connection to nature, he creates symbolic sculptural vessels, wall tiles, and porcelain forms. Birds, leaves, chameleons, and human figures appear across his surfaces like quiet stories told through glaze and line.
Combining a painter’s intuition with the discipline of a potter, Anton’s ceramics reflect both technical precision and emotional depth. His forms invite viewers to pause, observe closely, and discover meaning in simplicity.
His work has been exhibited across South Africa and internationally, including at the Keramion Museum in Germany, and is held in both public and private collections.
